Witnessing the Soul
One of the abilities that Divine Spirit has given me is to witness the client’s or soul and to help facilitate their contact with it. This takes place as a vision that the client and I both simultaneously experience together. The person’s soul and its unique qualities are witnessed in a heavenly field of energy.
We are all children of the Divine, and It has created each of us with our own special qualities. This uniqueness is a cherished gift from our Creator. Because of it, the Soul appears differently for each individual. Its nature is not fixed or limited, but capable of unlimited growth. Like a multifaceted diamond, our soul is ever-changing and may show varied aspects of itself according to our spiritual needs.
The soul is the well-spring from which the self draws its life-force and expression. It is our quintessential source of healing. It is ever close to the Divine, and is our own personal connection to the Source that created us.
Witnessing the Spiritual Guides
Along with the soul, the client’s spiritual Guides are witnessed as well. Who are they, and why are they so important that they would be contacted in the beginning of every session?
Everyone has spiritual Guides. Their purpose is to protect us and provide us with information that we need in the process of our spiritual growth. However, because our Guides exist on a subtle spiritual level which is so easily shrouded by the audacious demands of life on Earth, it is easy to lose touch with them. Indeed, most people forget that their Guides even exist. This is why supporting the client in reconnecting with their Guides is such an important part of the session.
What is it like to see our Spiritual Guides and Protectors? They, like the soul itself, take on expressions that suite the specific spiritual needs of each individual. They may be warriors; or They may be angels. Christ Himself or some other Great One may appear.
How do we recognize Them? By Their superlative unconditional love, and the feelings of comfort and joy they evoke within us. There are many forms our Guides can take to touch our hearts, but no matter which one They take, it will always be of the Highest Vibration of Love.
How do we make our Guides a part of our life? To reconnect with our Guides, we must ask Them with all the sincerity of our heart. Our Guides, like all Beings of the Light, honor the law of free will. For this reason They will not come to our assistance unless we request it. If we want to form a relationship with Them, we must take time every day to reach out to them through our prayers and devotion. Eventually, if we persist, They will begin to respond to us in the secret language of our hearts. Then They will impart to us their amazing wisdom, and be there for us in times of need.
Among our Guides there is a primary one – one we can turn to in the most difficult and challenging trials that we may confront in our spiritual journey. This is a Being with whom we feel a profound bond of love and trust.
Although our Guides can express themselves in unlimited forms, there are some that have touched the collective hearts of humanity. Examples of these are Christ, Buddha, and Mother Mary – but there are many others. They embody different aspects of the Source from which we all gain our sustenance and protection.
What is the secret to forming this, the most precious of relationships? Like all things of great value, it does not come without effort. We must ask with all the power of our heart and not give up. Our relationship with Them must be nourished every day in the stillness of our hearts. That stillness can be experienced through meditation and prayer, or in moments of grace when we feel the superlative love of the Divine.
Establishing contact with our Guides is one of the most important things we can ever do. It is a beautiful and empowering experience. Once it happens, a person can get the support and spiritual information they need directly from Them, without having to use a go-between like myself or some other channel.
The Universe is not only a place of Light but also Darkness
Another of the Guide’s roles is for sacred protection. As a seeker reaches out to the Light, there will inevitably be dark forces that try to impede her progress. When this happens, we can call upon our Guides for support. If we request it, They will create a field of spiritual protection that is inviolate to any energies that might want to interfere with our path. This safe and sacred sanctuary is the perfect environment for healing. This is why I always invoke Their presence when giving sessions.
The infinite wisdom and spiritual power of the Guides is available to anyone who calls out to them with a sincere heart. It is our birth right as children of the Divine.
