The fifth, or throat chakra is the bridge between the physical consciousness of the body and the spiritual transcendence of the sixth and seventh chakras. Because of its location connecting physicality with our Divine Potential, it empowers the relationship between the two. By focusing on the sixth chakra just above it, we can fill the body with its Light. This Light can then be channeled downwards through the throat chakra into the body to restore our health.

The throat chakra is also our ability to communicate with the world. Our voice enables us to share our unique soul-essence. Through its power, we can we can transform our lives and those of others. When we use our voice to speak the highest spiritual truth and the invocations of God, we can bring forth the Divine Presence.
